I love UT so much that my family is moving to Austin next month from Minnesota. But I'm still going to have to apply as an OOS. I now it's harder for OOS, so what are my chances?

-First of all, my high school doesn't rank. But it's one of the best in the country and the largest in the state with 3500 students. Many, many, many of the students are high achievers, so even if it did rank, I don't think I'd be in the top 10 or 7 percent.
-My GPA is 3.6 weighted and 3.7 weighted.
-SAT I got a 2020, ACT I got a 31 (but I'm taking it again tomorrow and hope to get higher)
-I will have taken five or six AP classes by graduation, and many other honors classes.
-I don't do any sports (I'm very uncoordinated) but I do A LOT of volunteering, which is my strong suit in ECs. Last summer I got the Presidential Award for community service for completing over 140 hours of volunteer work. I also have a lot of leadership experience through my volunteering with the Red Cross, a nature center, the public library, animal shelters, etc.
-I am in Youth Extending Services which is a community service club in my school
-I was in Spanish Club, German Club, and Table Tennis club
-I won second place in a school-wide human rights essay contest
-I have had two jobs, the first one when I was 14.
-I play three instruments
-I have a business selling my art and teaching computer stuff to the elderly, and also make websites for people
-My biggest strength is writing- so I plan for my essays to be really good.

I don't know if I"m missing any information, I'm kind of in a rush. Hopefully you can tell me what my chances are!
