<p>I’m sorry but I’ve never heard of SLR before. Are you already a current student, or have you just recently been admitted and want to register? </p>
<p>You may have meant SIR, which is statement of intent to register or something to that meaning. It’s just a promise that you will attend UCLA in the Fall, and that you will not register at any other school that you have been admitted. Classically, when you submit your SIR, you will also put in a deposit, but for some people that fee is waived.</p>
