I-banker ladder

Can someone list me the levels of an i-banker like analyst...associate, etc and then how many hours and what their salary is like?

<a href="http://www.careers-in-finance.com/ibsal.htm%5B/url%5D">http://www.careers-in-finance.com/ibsal.htm</a></p>

wats after associate??

VP then MD. Some places there is junior VP and then VP and then MD

.. wat does vp and md stand for?

vice president and managing director

I think some have senior vp and junior md as well, but not sure

True, a lot of firms have even more minute distinctions than the simple hierarchy of analyst, associate, VP, and MD. Even first-year and second-year analysts are considered to be different categories, as well as junior and senior-VP, etc. Pay often reflects those fine distinctions, so even among VP's there's a wide range of possible salaries, which is why it's so difficult to accurately estimate i-banking salaries.
