I can hardly believe its starting...

So much coming up already in November! I can't believe its about to begin for a lot of "us"! I hope that everyone will post the details of their audition experiences, I personally found that helpful and I will pay it forward.

virtual cheers bests wishes to the parents about to embark on a unique journey with our kiddos. Parents of young children think the sleepless nights, the potty training, the tantrums are the hardest part. For me the hardest part is letting go, nothing could have prepared me for trusting I did a good job raising him or trusting I did my best and I didn't screw him up too much. I am grateful I have the opportunity to watch this smart, funny, caring and talented human being I put on this earth reach for his dreams.

Break a leg to all who are auditioning! The fact you are on this site leads me to believe you are uber prepared and will knock em dead!!

MTMajorCook, I wish there was a “Like” button for your post!

Agreed… “Like”… Hope you & your S have a fun, happy & successful audition season! Same to all starting the process. Looking forward to your stories & tips… Our turn is a year away yet! Enjoy every moment! :)

CC really needs a “like button”. LOL @ “and didn’t screw him up too much”. I sometimes feel the same way!

Best of wishes to all!!

Love the post!! Letting go is tough so I’ll keep telling myself I’m launching him instead.

Launching! I like it!

Reminds me of this quote “A ship in the harbor is safe, but that is not what ships are built to do.”

Love your post MTMajor! Best wishes to you and your son on this journey!
