We are a family of 5 on $30,000 a year and it's is getting harder ( with gas going up , very noticeable this winter ) but I think my kids appreciate everything they do have and work and study hard for it . Even with low EFC's , my kids still have a lot of work-study , summer jobs and loans to get through college.</p>
