Does anyone else have problems contacting ACT? I’ve been trying for the past 3 days calling the phone number and using the little chat they have and nobody even answers. I was finally able to speak to an actual person today, but she told me she did not know the answer to my question and would transfer me to only find out they were having call issues or something like that. It’s making me mad, like I need to ask them questions. Like do they only have 2 employees working for their whole organization or what??? Maybe they should hire more employees so we can get our questions answered.
I’m just going to ask college confidential my questions maybe you will be able to help. I took the October ACT 2017 and I heard the scores will take longer to come out because October is their biggest test date or something. I’m trying to meet the December 1st deadline. Will I have enough time to send my scores for my scores to reach the colleges in time? Should I used priority report? Thanks
