Moreover, the 29-34 figure is from a year ago when the University had a 27% admissions rate. Since the admit rate fell to 18% last year, I expect that the ACT range is probably in the 30-34 range, if not higher, putting said applicant in the bottom 25% of current students, much less admits.</p>
<p>Also, Chicago is a more selective college than Northwestern anyway.</p>
