<p>I was accepted as undecided; however, now I know that I want to be a Computer Science and Engineering Major. The Engineering department says that they do not accept any major changes during the SPOP, does this mean that I won't be able to graduate as a CS&E Major at UCI or does this mean that I'll just have to bide my time until I can change my major?</p>
<p>You need time. Start fulfilling the transfer reqs and speak to an engineering counselor. You will definitely be able to change your major…</p>

<p>i suggest changing your major to Mathematics or Physics. Complete the engineering reqs. and plan your transfer with your counselor when you start college. Doing a Physics/Math major gives u a great upperhand when they choose who gets in and who doesnt</p>
