Does clicking "accept admission" bind you to Mizzou? It's a nice school but there are a lot of places I'd rather go.. but I clicked "accept admission.." not thinking it'd mean that I HAVE to go to Mizzou for clicking it...

Crap… I clicked that too, but someone on here told to.

I don’t think we’re binded to Mizzou.

You are not committed or bound to Mizzou because you accepted the admission offer. As previous posters have said, if there is any chance you might go to Mizzou, you should pay the refundable enrollment fee so that you can sign up for housing, because housing is tight. If you decide to go elsewhere and let them know by May 1st, all but $25 of your enrollment fee will be refunded.

Just a hint: This information is readily available on the Mizzou admissions website, or you can call them (they’re helpful), or you can read the posts here carefully (for example, http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-missouri-columbia/812754-refunding-enrollment-fee.html).

I received a letter from Mizzou telling me that they have received my application and the info to set up my account. When going to my account, on the left side it says accept admission. It then says “We are pleased to grant you admission to the following program(s). Note that once you accept or decline admission to a particular program it will no longer appear on this page. Select the program you would like to accept or decline.”

Does this mean that I got accepted to Mizzou even though I haven’t received a letter yet?
