hi,

I previously posted this in a different part if the forum, but since 'katlaimom' suggested to post in the parents forum, I might post it here as well.

I am a rising senior, and have no idea to what college to attend. My parents are no Michigan residents, so I don't have to stay in-state for the state universities.
Since I would like to join the army, I would like to go to a college with a ROTC program. Additionally, I intend to major in either IR, law or criminal justice. Lastly, I would prefer to go to a college where people are into partying, but also know when to stop and study.
