I did not get in...

Im very devastated that i did not get into the university of connecticut. I was however excepted to one of the regional campuses. I was wondering, has anyone on this forum, gone to a regional UCONN campus, and transfered to storrs? if u have, how easy was it to do so?

I don't know about UCONN, but i'm sure most schools look at their branch students transfer applications a little differently than others. I don't think it would be that hard to transfer after two years. Besides...why would you want to go to UCONN, they lost to George Mason. JUST KIDDING, good luck with whatever you decide

ithink its pretty easy to do, as long as you keep a minimum gpa

sucks dude, i just got back from the game today, double sucky. anyway, the regional campuses are just for the first 2 years and you go to storrs after that. you dont even apply to storrs in a traditional sense, you just fill out a campus change request form. heres the reqs to go to storrs.

If you've obsessed with UConn, why don't you go to their night school or part-time school. Most universitites have them, and getting accepted is almost automatic. It would be about the same as going to a regional campus, but you'd be right there at Storrs, and switching to the regular full-time daytime college would seem to be a snap if your grades are ok.
