I did NOT receive the no scholarship letter. What does this mean?

So the title pretty much says it all. I applied by Dec. 1st and have not received the no scholarship letter even though I live in SoCal. (less than a hour away from SC) I heard the no scholarship letter asks for mid-year grades too. So does this mean that a decision has been made and they don't want my mid-year grades? In the past, the people who didn't receive this letter, were usually accepted or rejected?

My stats quickly?
3.9 UW, top 3% class, 2130 SAT, 1480 SAT II's. Average essays and EC's(<--probably less than average these days)

Did anyone else not receive this letter?

it means your mail for some reason, unbeknownst to anyone on this board, is taking longer.

please just relax and you will probably receive something soon. Everyone who applied by dec 1 will get a letter either way.

Thanks for the info. I appreciate it :)

I got my acceptance letter on Friday, and the Dean’s Scholarship letter today, I’m in SoCal too. Not sure about their notification, but my friends who are up for the Trustee got their letters about a week before I did
