i dont understand...

If I want to transfer the next two years, would I have to retake the SATs, SAT II, or ACTs?

My scores were pretty low: 700m 560v 640w 11 essay

Is it possble to retake the SATs even if transfers are not required to retake them?

Thanks for the help.

It depends on the school. Some schools, like NYU, specifically state that you shouldnt take it again (or at all if you didnt take them in HS), whereas some colleges might require it (can't think of any). Most colleges accept scores from a test you took in college.

As far as technically being able to take them, yes you can take them. I did and I think it well help my case, but unless you think your going to improve significantly, I wouldn't advise you to take them and rather concentrate on college stuff. If you think you can riase that V more than 50 (or better yet get higher than 650), and raise the W a little bit, then I think you should take it.

It's best to either contact specific school or check their website since policies are sometimes different. Which scools were you thinking of at this stage?
