I really don't care if anybody even looks at this (this is merely a rant), but....im proud to say...I FAILED MY DRIVER'S TEST TWICE!!

I had this really meanie guy the first time, who kept commenting and insulting me like every second. So, being nervous and kindof angry at this dude, I forgot to stop for the three seconds at the stop sign. TOday was my second time taking it....my luck, i have the same guy. **** HIM, he failed me again. This time, it was my fault because i hit the barrels while parallel parking, but it was him that made me extremely nervous. While I'm not blaming him, I'm kind of just angry I HAD this guy. So next time, I'm going to a place where I WON'T have him...aka another driver license's center.

Honestly, guys like him shouldn't be having a job liek that. His ultimate quote at me saying that I was nervous: "Well, quit being nervous".

Maybe you need to practice driving more. The guy would be doing a disservice to everyone if he passed people that weren't prepared. I'm sure you'll pass the next time.

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME!!!
I hate driving tests, I hate the DMV, I'm 18 years old and I can't get my liscence. I gotta wait till September to get it!! It has proven to be THE most frustarating task in my life. Harder than getting into college. Good Luck!!

Lmao, I've practiced so much! Like I'm a good driver and all, not that reckless teen driver who speeds and never follows the rules. I just hate that guy, his words sting so bad and make you feel like such a big loser. He was like sitting there smiling as he told me I was done. I hate driver's tests.....

I practiced P.P. with my dad for like three days before the test (which was today) and I nailed each and every try. The lining of the car was PERFECT and equidistant every time. Then, I go for the test today and I hit the barrels because the oaf is sitting next to me. And he sits there trying to hide his smile....why did i HAVE to get the mean guy?

I'm pretty sure when I took it I had to read and sign a list of rules while in the car with the tester...
which included the fact that the tester was NOT allowed to say or do anything to distract you or cause you to fail.

my tester pretty much only talked when giving me directions.

Hey, i dont know if anybody knows this but if i took my test last saturday and i failed it (on july 30th), can i take it again this saturday (july 7th?)

Or do I have to wait till Monday to retake it?

honestly I think making us nervous is part of their job description.
I almost started crying during my parallel parking. I kept inching a little bit closer to the curb and she would be like "nopeee not good enough, keep going" and it went on like that FOREVER. so scary.

I'm pretty sure you have to wait at least a week to retake it, so yeah i guess Monday.

Don't worry - I failed my driver's test twice before passing, and I'm by far the best driver of all of the people I hang out with (and better than my parents, who are both good drivers). I dunno... it's just like I was completely nervous, which I was really unprepared for, since that never happens to me. Now, I did fail both times for basically stupid technicalities, but still.

As much as I hate to say it, that examiner is actually doing a good job. I know I would hate to have an examiner like that, but imagine if you're on the highway -- everyone's driving at crazy speeds, and lots of auto accidents can happen easily; you'd get nervous very easily and you could go out of control. As much as everyone would hate your examiner, his quote is entirely accurate and it's really the best thing you can do.

I took my test on the last day possible before my learner's permit would expire, so on top of the excitement and usual nervousness I had the pressure of needing to pass or be forced to come back to the DMV another day to renew my permit, then come back again to retake the test. I was wearing boots and my foot was shaking so hard on the pedal that you could hear it tap-tapping, and the administrator started laughing and trying to tell me to calm down. And I was so afraid of failing for some stupid mistake that every time he gave a direction like "make a left here" I had to repeat it and clarify, "you mean this left? The one right here that we're coming up to? Right here?" I'm sure it was incredibly obnoxious to the poor guy, but I passed!

haha thanks i hate the DMV and im pretty sure it hates me too lol

but im still waiting for the answer to this question: if you fail your drivers test, you have to have a seven day waiting period before you can take it again. i took it last saturday (the 30th) and i failed cos im dumb like that. can i retake it this saturday or do i have to wait until monday to take it
