I got a C (last semester of junior year)??? HELP I'm freaking out???

Sooo…I have pretty much all As (ranging between the A+ and A-) and one B (but I’m working on it). So I recently got a bad grade on an assignment that in my defense was not clear at all and that I did my best to understand, and that dropped my average in one of my classes down to a C. There honestly isn’t a point in talking to the teacher because a) pretty much everyone else got a good grade on the assignment, and b) He really doesn’t like me (not because he gave me a bad grade; he’s made it pretty clear that he doesn’t like me as a person or as a student).

Have I ruined my chances of getting into a good college??? Especially since it’s the last semester of junior year???
Please help

If it was an AP/Honors class and this was a clear outlier, then as long as the rest of your grades this semester as well as first semester senior year stay up, I think you should try to bring up your C to at least a B- and you still have a chance, although of course it’s lowered.

It was an OIB Class (part of an Internation Baccalaureat program). Does that count for anything?

One C will not or break your application in applying to a “good” school and it also depends on what you consider a “good school”. All you can do is your best and hopefully raise it above the C. It is not the end of the world since there thousands of colleges in the US and many that would glady accept you.
