Collegeboard thinks I owe them money...and neglected to mention something.

So Collegeboard has been thinking that I owe them money for a while, and I don't. I have proof that I don't, but every time I think I'm close to resolving the issue with them, they want me to call some other person. Between work and school, I really don't have all this time! So I just sent my scores to my colleges, and the "Summary of Sent Scores" on collegeboard.com says that they were received by all my schools. But then I check the application tracker from some of my schools, and it shows that they haven't received my SAT scores yet.

I have the next week off of school, so I'm planning on contacting Collegeboard and resolving this once and for all. Should I call all of the schools and explain, as well? Will they understand? :-(

Edit: Oh, and my letter of recommendation for one school was just sent back because the stamp "looked old." Gah. Should I just resend? This whole college thing has blown up in my face. I guess there's always the local state school :-/

Call Collegeboard and ask to talk to a supervisor or whoever is on the next level. Some of the people who answer phones are real dummies, or maybe they are instructed to act that way.

Thanks for the help. I'll definitely do that. At this point, I just want my dang scores sent! I think that's incredibly deceptive of them to say that they were sent on the website.
