<p>can I change my major from mechanical engineering to aerospace engineering? How? how long does it take? where can I go to do this? how hard is it to do it? what is change based on? etc...</p>

<p>changing major within the engineering school is surprisingly simple. just go to Internal</a> Major Change Request, Office of Undergraduate Advising and Academic Support, A. James Clark School of Engineering, University of Maryland. i am not sure if you know your uid or not yet though...</p>
<p>That, and since it's a change within the same school, not something you really have to worry about before you get there. The beginning classes of each are probably very similar (or the same) and you still need to get your Core requirements out of the way....don't sweat it.</p>
