What do you think my chances of being emailed as an American overseas are? I HATE waiting 10 days for the mail to get here...

Good luck to everyone waiting, and congrats to those who've gotten in!

Still nothing in today's mail in Maine! Now I'm wondering if it's lost...

I got mine today in Maine

it was a no blahh

rejected in PA today.

rejected in NY today. not a surprise.

I like the mail better than email...it's more personal. And somehow I don't believe emails...they could be accidents or typos, etc...paper mail feels FINAL somehow. And then you have something to save. Besides, it makes the mail exciting, while email is too instantaneous. I check my email incessantly if I'm expecting a decision. Very nerve-wracking. You can only check snail mail once a day.

Yeah, mail is nice but not when it takes about 2 weeks to get from the US to the country that you live in :(

So is it a big envelope or a little envelope? I'm confused!!!

True about the 2 weeks thing...
And it is a very large envelope aka has a folder and course catalog inside.

i got mine today in Southern California. but no financial aid...

Waitlisted! D:

That's okay! I'm pretty set on going to NU. I will accept the spot on the waitlist, though, because I do really like Williams. =)

Thanks - am waiting by the mailbox for my D - she is in Alaska on a senior retreat - I have strict instructions not to open anything so I can only gauge by envelope size . . . .

a friend of mine who applied to Williams called their office and they said that emails will be send by this Friday for Internationals... He wasn't very clear, so I am not sure if he meant that all internationals will get the email by Friday or only us Pakistanis....
