I got my internship...now what to do?

I'm very close to finishing my internship at a well known law firm.

I'm an incoming Junior, and I want something to show for the internship. Should I ask my employer for a recomendation letter or something else as proof of my internship?

I'd like for colleges to see my early interest in the law field (blah blah you know the drill).

Also, is there some certification form of some sort associated with this?

Thanks in advance.

I assume you meant an incoming high school junoir and by college you meant undergrad not law school. You dont need any proof for you internship. Just put it in your resume and application. if you want your employer to write you a recommendation for college, you can do that, although i think a recommndation from a teacher is still better. i dont know what you mean by a certification form....you dont really need to do anythign now that you're done. just update your resume. if someone asks you for proof thats when you give them your check stubs or the law firm's contact info.

Yes, Mitsu was right in their assumptions. I meant a Junior in Highschool, and undergrad, as well.

Thanks for this feedback. Now I don't have to think of ways to pester my boss for anything (:
