Hey everyone, here's my problem: I printed my admission ticket on a recycled paper which on the back was my mother's company's bills/document, which has absolutely NOTHING to do with the test. Then during the test, the proctor came up to me several times and checked my ticket, telling me that i should print my ticket on a clean a4 paper...He still let me finish the test though, but at the end he filed my papers under some file and told me that he is going to report to the CollegeBoard and see if i was cheating or not (!!!) Seriously I DID NOT CHEAT!! So my question is, what should i do right now? Can collegeboard realize that i am innocent? Will i still receive my scores back fine? Thanks!!

Don’t expect any scores back. When the CB realizes your ticket was printed on paper that had something on the back of it they are going to assume you had vocabulary or some other sort of sly cheating chicanery thing going on. Be happy if they come back, because they probably won’t.

Thanks for replying. But will collegeboard take a look at what was written on the back? Because it was just bills! & How can i know if they will cancel my scores or not? Also, i read somewhere that you have to sign a paper once you are reported of cheating. But i didnt get to sign any paper…(?) thanks again

Don’t mean to be a dick but you ****ed up bad. I am fairly confident they won’t give you the scores. Perhaps you can contact college board and try to explain it but things aren’t looking too good for you

Hopefully the old geaser jut forgets about it. Why did you have hidden writing? Moronic lmao. If CB wasn’t the horrible company that it is it would actually contact you about it, but considering everything is just about computerized, you’re screwed. Unless the guy took up your ticket and will show it to the others. If you didn’t give that to him you made an even bigger mistake.

We use recycled paper in the printer too and my son printed all his admission tickets on recycled paper. He got his scores back. He never even said anything about it so I don’t think it was mentioned. I wouldn’t worry. The proctor only said they would look at it to determine if you were cheating. Once they look at it, it’ll be pretty clear that it’s just a recycled bill.

The thing is he did let me finish the test, and yes he took my ticket!!!

Thanks mothergoldenbear, i certainly hope so!! Your comment actually gave me hope just now !!:D

So do i have to write a letter to the collegeboard ? Or just wait and see?

Was there anything written on the back that was suspicious? Was anything handwritten, or was it just a printed bill of some sort? If it’s just a regular invoice, I really think you’ll be fine.

Aren’t they always collected? My kids never come home with their admission tickets.

“So do i have to write a letter to the collegeboard ? Or just wait and see?”

Hmmm. I would just wait and see, but I understand that you might be anxious about it. If you simply can’t wait, then call the College Board and ask if it is a problem (they may have already decided it’s a non-issue). If it is going to be an issue (I really don’t think so), ask what has been reported so you know what points to rebut in your letter.

No it was just a regular invoice, but I don’t know what collegeboard will percieve it to be!!

Well the last time I took the test they didnt collect the ticket, they just checked it several times.

Okay thank you mothergoldenbear!! I will follow your advice and just wait & see!

Honestly, I saw many people cheating… In my ghetto testing center, half the people near me flipped back to their essays and other sections when the proctor sat down… People these days have no sense of dignity.

Once the test goes computerized, no one will be able to go back!

You’re welcome, Sunkissgrace. I hope you get a good score! :-)
