It went really well, considering I had somewhat of a connection with my interviewer and she was born and raised around my town. She was sweet and very down to earth, but she did get the answers she needed. She asked me about my extracurriculars mostly and what sets me apart from other applicants. Overall I thought it was pretty good interview, we spent a lot of time chatting and laughing.

If you guys have any questions or anything you want to know, feel free to ask! :)

Hey, i’m glad your interview went well!

Just curious, did she ask if you had any questions? Personally, i really don’t know what to say to that…I feel like I know enough about the school (I LOVE penn) that i don’t have any questions, but i don’t want to come off as someone who doesn’t know anything about the school so he/she doesnt have any questions…you know what i mean?

I guess during the interview you do have to show how much you really do love about the school…but yet not come off as being too forceful about it/just sucking up. Man, i wish i had an interview though, I really would like to just chat with someone about penn…and me because im just so interesting ;).

Yes, she asked, and it would be best to ask some. My counselor said it looks bad if you have no questions whatsoever. I asked what attracted her to Penn, how are the people, class sizes, anything like that. You can even ask where their major took them, like their careers and whatnot.

Haha, when did you send in your app?

Oct. 31st :X…so it was a bit late hah. I hope an alumni contacts me though, but im not sure which one will contact me! I live at my school, which is 30+ away from my “home home”, so i wonder which address they look at, home? I guess that makes more sense. (when’d you send in ur app?)

And thanks for the advice, that’s a good point. How long did your interview turn out to be?
