I dont know if itsjust me...but I hate those graduation gowns and square hats. It makes ppl seem like total schoars even though its just high school. and i hate those grad pics in front of a bookshelf of encyclopeidas. Come on, how many times in your high school careers do you actually use those encyclopedias??

Well when I graduate, I’ll wear bikini and take pictures in the beach instead.

…our school just has us stand in front of a gray background.

you wear it once (or twice or more… ultimately you won’t wear it often) so deal with it.

$100 for polyester fabric made in mexico :|

OK, question: what are you guys DOING with your gowns? Mine’s just hanging in my closet… no clue what to do with it. Lol.

I wear it with a black hood and scare small children.

Yeah but mine’s maroon…

^^Hahahaha mine is red, I’m just keeping mine in my closet. Do other schools give the guys and girls different colored gowns? At my school the girls get red and guys get blue. The best part is the tassell/medal because it really separates the smart kids from the d**ches. It’s the one time academics get recognized at my school!

At my school, guys get blue and girls get white because those are our school colors. I wanted blue, though. And I like the extra NHS tassel and cords because it sorta makes the gown look more official looking. lol

Lol, I hate that backgroud with the books. XD Our gowns are okay…black, with a gold stole-like thing.

Clubs give stoles or cords, and you wear any medals that you’ve earned.

I think it’s hilarious how stupid everyone looks. It’s just a giant robe with a bib. Doesn’t mean I’m any less excited for graduation, though.
