<p>Yeah, I agree, HYP schools are random but you have a good shot are likely to get into one. </p>
<p>I guess what I’m trying to say is that you could very well be an athlete who is going to be devoted, but there are others who are going to be just as devoted. I have the same problem on my resume; I feel like I’m the generic applicant.</p>
<p>I didn’t articulate well. You show devotion, but there has to be more than just what’s listed. Maybe what caused you to pursue it more in the essay. Get where I’m going?</p>
