I have a D+ first semester Pre-Cal my senior year. And I'm fearing rejection!!!!

So basically I was literally one percentage point away from getting a C- in my Pre-cal class and I’ve really been struggling hard, his tests are extremely challenging and that’s all he entered in the grade book. With this D+ I am worried about getting accepted into college now so I want some others opinions about my transcript and scores to see if you think I can get in to my colleges. First off, I am a California resident and only applied for schools in my state which includes: cal poly Pomona, cal poly SLO, CSU long beach, SDSU, UC Berkeley, UC Irvine, and USC. But I do not live in Southern California also by the way. Here are my grades:
Freshmen: advanced English (B,A-), algebra 1 (A-,A-), Physical Science (B,A-), Spanish 2(A,A-), World History (A-,A)
Sophomore: 3-D design(A+,A+), Biology (A-,A), Digital Art (A,A-), Geometry(A-,A-), Honors English(B,B)
Junior: algebra 2(A-,A-), AP english(B,B), Art(A+,A+), Honors Chemistry(B,B-), US History(A-,B+)
Senior:Pre Calculus(D+), AP English 2(B), Honors Physics(B), Economics(B-)

I’m freaking out and having panic attacks about my grade in Pre-cal, I feel like my whole life is going to crumble and I literally tried as hard as I could in that class!! I’m just not good, I don’t know! But also my major I applied for is Business or Business Marketing if they had that as a choice. My SAT score is 1630 and I took the English subject test and I’m expecting to pass 2 AP tests this year.
Please tell me my chances at this college :/, can I make up this D even as a senior?? What are my options?

Things are not looking very favorably for you…

Did you try talking to the teacher? Sometimes they will give you the extra point. Good luck!

@Buttafly13 I did, and he doesn’t seem to want to budge. And I messaged him again and he isn’t replying

Whoa, I really think you are panicking a little too much. Really, take a breather. While college admissions do take your senior year into account, they look at your overall record of the 4 years, as well as extra curricular activities, standardize testing scores, your essay, teacher recommendations, etc. If you had a consistent list of D’s, then it’d be another story, but this is one random out of the bunch - do you know your overall GPA as of the end of junior year? It should be listed on your last report card, which is a better indicator of how your Pre-Calc grade will affect you. However if you ace your next semester and final, you can get a final Pre-Calc grade of C+, B-; something along those lines.

You could write to them explaining the grade?
