I have a GPA discrepency... unlike many people who have gotten into UCSB

Little Background about me- I am a senior in high school and UCSB in my #1 choice but im having a hard time interpreting their stats.

UC California freshman admissions for Fall 2009 - University of California Office of the President

This Says UCSB has an average GPA of a 4.10 weighted with no limit of how many AP/H classes someone has taken, as well as an average of a 3.92 for matriculated students

UC California freshman admissions for Fall 2009 - University of California Office of the President

Now this says UCSB has a 4.01 average GPA taking into account the 8 semester limit of AP/H classes

Which brings me to my question:
I have a 3.9 weighted GPA, but a 3.55 GPA UC GPA. Should I be worried about the .35 GPA Gap between weighted and UC GPA when on average the difference is only about .10 GPA? Im not asking whether 3.55 is good or not, I know it isnt, im just talking about the .35 gap that i have vs the average of a .1 Gap

another question: Why does one link show a 45.5% acceptance rate (21257/46719) and the other shows a 41.7% acceptance rate (17744/42542). Which one is right and why is there a difference of a couple thousand?

Thanks in advance

the link above was suppose to be the first link

For your second question, the smaller number is California applicants only while the larger number is all applicants.

That seems impossible because that would mean that the out of state and international acceptance rate is 3513/4177=84%
