Ok so lets say I get in, and want to do pre-health at City College, and want to become a future dentist. So when i apply to the professional phase, at lets say NYU, is my tuition covered or would i need to pay $70,000 yearly? In essence, will Macaulay honors college support me finically when I move on to another school.

Macaulay covers your undergraduate studies. After that, you’re on your own - it’s already an incredibly generous program.
Financial aid stops with undergraduate.
It’s different after college:
For PHD programs, the top students get tuition waivers and TAships with a stipends. Others are heavily discouraged from going on.
For Law school, top 20 programs offer some scholarships to their tippy top applicants, others have to pay it in full (with loans, no financial aid).
For med school, you’re on your own, unless you join a scheme for rural or urban medicine (in some states).
