i have f’s on my transcript from freshmen year and I’m a junior and my cu yr gpa is 3.625 is this my gpa that the colleges want
and what is the thing they are talking bout when they say it not going to go up that much or something I’m confused
You say you’re a junior. Is that right? What colleges are you talking about? Just thinking ahead to next year’s applications? And please clarify what you mean by “cu yr gpa.”

Colleges want you to report your cumulative GPA - the average of your GPA for freshman, sophomore and junior year. If your cumulative GPA is not listed on your report cards, etc., you can ask your school counselor to tell you what yours is. Your cumulative GPA won’t go up very much in senior year because it’s kind of “outweighed” by your first three years of high school, if that makes sense. Hope that helps!
