I have no idea where to transfer to! Please help me!

Hey everyone,

I don’t usually ever post forums like these, but I really need anyone’s help right now, my mind is going crazy.
Anyways, I’m currently a ‘Junior Standing’ or so I think. I attended a Illinois Community College from 2012-2014 and received an associates degree. I then transferred to The University of Iowa in Fall 2014 in hopes to finish my degree in Business for a finance degree.
However, not everything in life turns out as planned. My Roomate was terrible, I wasn’t focused, and never really found a group of friends that I enjoyed being around. Iowa just simply was not for me and I need to accept that.
So, here we are Fall 2015. I just finished a 10 week internship program with Enterprise-Rent-A-Car and leaned valuable business information that has made me grow up more as a man. I decided not to make an impulse decision and choose not to attend another school unless I researched and found the right fit for me.
Currently, I was just offered a 6 month internship at SAP Technology with great pay.
With this all being said, I have narrowed my schools down to The University of Wisconsin Madison, DePaul University and Arizona State University(unlikely).
With my experience of Enterprise and SAP does it matter as much what school I attend? Can anyone give me their thoughts about DePaul and Wisconsin Madison! In terms of money they are going to cost the same. Madison however, is nationally ranked higher, better post grad salary, more alumni, etc. While DePaul offers great internships and connections within the city. I’m very very confused and I’m not getting any younger. Please help!!!

Talk to the admissions counselors and academic advisers in your areas of interests. Figure out financial aid and see if there are unique opportunities you think one college offers that the other doesn’t that you would be interested in getting involved and doing. Talk to former students who went through the same program you might be going into and as always, talk to your parents/classmates. Look at a degree map - what courses would you be taking at both colleges? Do some class descriptions sound more interesting at one college than another?
