I have some questions about Penn

Hi, I'm currently a junior in high school and recently I got interested in U Penn, especially Wharton.
It was interesting how they offered programs such as The Roy and Diana Vagelos Program in Life Sciences and Management .
Is there anyone who got accepted into the program?
I know that the program is quite competitive but I don't know how MUCH competitive it is.
I have good grades but I'm not sure about my extracurricular activities.
And on top of that I'm not a US citizen or resident, although I am attending high school in US.
Also, for submatriculation in U Penn, does that include Medical school too???
So, if I get in LSM, and if I manage to do well, can I go to medical schoola year early?
I wasn't sure if submatriculation was only for MBA or not.

Thanks

The only submatriculation programs are for MBA (business) and JD (law) degrees. There is no medical school submat option at Penn.
