I missed the preferred financial aid deadline for Penn. I was trying to prevent myself from having an addiction to checking my application by not creating a lot in and such. Today, I finally made one and it said the financial supp was due feb 1st! I already sent in the FAFSA and the form from college board. I plan to finish the supp tomorrow.
I guess what I am saying is: do you think they have been going off of the forms I have sent in? Do you think this will penalize my chances for FA? Should I send the admissions people an email explaining my stupidity? What the hell do I do?!?

The only possible consequence is that your estimated package may be delayed, so that it might arrive sometime after your admission offer. But you don’t have to worry about not getting FA for overlooking a deadline.

Okay. I literally submitted everything but that. Do you think that they have already began the package? Or not so much?

You gotta remember that if they plan on admitting you, their job is to find a way for you to attend, which includes a FA package. They’ll try their best to accomodate you.
