I know this is a ways off...

I'm a freshman at a college prep school, and I was just wondering about the future. In fact this has been on my mind a lot.

I'm in Algebra I this year, and I was wondering if that is going to affect me later on. My senior year I'll be in pre-cal. I have this friend who has to always make me feel dumb, and he/she has always made fun of me for being in Algebra I rather than geometry. And I'm a smart guy. I'm in an English course setup for me to be in an AP by my Junior year, and I get mostly A's.

For extracurricular activities I do speech team (forensics), Model UN, Orchestra and a quartet. I'm not doing any sports my freshman year (is that going to hurt me).

Thanks

This is way to early for you to think about.

And the math thing will hurt you only if you are planning on being a math major or going into an engineering program.

Having only precalc will hurt you if you’re thinking about applying to several top business schools as well. If you can, perhaps try taking a course over the summer to bump you ahead. It doesn’t really matter how many etracurriculars you have, anyone can join every club at school. What matters is involvement and commitment. Do the things you love.

What math do I need to be in in order to open up my options. I’m supposed to be on Geom now, but when I switched schools in 6th grade the school automatically put me in the regular class, thus making me repeat a year.

Ideally, you should be in calculus by your senior year.

So if I take summer Geom, will colleges think that I’m lazy, or will they not care?

If you take a summer course, it will put you closer to the level you need to be at. Provided you maintain good grades in honors/advanced/AP/IB classes.
