Last year, we were notified at 5 pm EST, but I’m not sure if that’s the standard.

Will we be notified tomorrow – Friday? Saturday? Monday? I have not heard a date yet. Do you know something I don’t know? At first I thought it was tomorrow, but now I’m not so sure. Yes, I wish they would send an email or post something on the website. My son has heard from some other schools already and got an email from one school saying that he would hear by Monday. Clark though is still higher up on the list of schools so this is the one we both really want to know about!

Notifications will be emailed out tonight!

Yes, another Clarkie told me we will be notified tonight ! A few more hours !

Many thanks for the update – is 5PM EST the norm?

I believe it would make sense to send emails before their office closes so it’s probably gonna be around this time !

I believe 5 pm EST is the norm, but I’m not positive. It would make sense for it to happen before the office closes.

You should receive an email saying that your letter is on your portal, and once you log on, a link to the letter will be near the middle/bottom of the page. If you received any merit aid, that will be attached to the letter, and linked at the bottom of it.

Current students (including me) are already posting their congrats on your class facebook page! I feel just as excited as all of you, Clark is awesome and I can’t wait to convince everyone who gets accepted to come here!!!

Good luck! (Again)

I just received an acceptance letter - with a 10k/yr Jonas Clark scholarship.
gpa 3.32; act 27; strong recommendations and very strong community service

I also applied for the MAD scholarship but the letter didn’t mention it - does anyone know if these are awarded later? or, did I just not get one…

Accepted, but no attachment for merit. Does that mean none given, or do they send in mail?

Accepted with a presidential scholarship! 18k/year

my acceptance letter (online) mentioned in the second paragraph that I received a scholarship and referred me to an attached page to see it:

From the letter:
Congratulations! It is my great pleasure to offer you admission to the Clark University Class of 2017.
In recognition of your exceptional academic record and the depth and quality of your application for admission, we are pleased to accompany our offer of admission with an academic scholarship. More details on your scholarship are in the enclosed packet…

[there was no enclosed packet, as this was online - I had to click a link at the bottom of the page to see the scholarship]

I also applied for the LEEP scholarship but there was a second attachment aside from the one notifying me of my acceptance and the other with the scholarship, which updated the status of my scholarship and sadly saying I didn’t make it to the next round. But presidential is awesome too!

Accepted with 12k/year! :)

Hi I’m new here, but I just go accepted to Clark and I wanted to see if I could meet other future clarkies! :)

While this site is great for getting answers to questions during the search and application process, now that you’ve been accepted, the Clark University class of 2017 facebook page is the best place to meet all of your future classmates. And you can ask questions to current students, like me, there as well!

Congrats everyone!!!

ClarkU2016, can I ask what your name is on facebook since you’re in the group? You’ve helped me a ton with Clark-related questions on here, I’m dying to know! I’m the one that (sort of) broke the ice. xD

I just sent you a message, awkwardcreation.

Got accepted EA as a safety. Just learned today I got straight denied at my top choice (Babson). Obviously I’m interested in business. Can someone try to “sell” Clark to me? What i mean is tell me why I should go! Thanks

I haven’t decided on my top schools yet really. I fell in love with the Clark campus and everything when I visited. I loved the atmosphere and the town so much. My issue is that I’m going to school for music and Clark is obviously not known for their music as some of the other schools I’m applying to are. If anyone could possibly connect me to someone in Clark’s music program I think I would benefit greatly from a conversation.

Yipppeeee accepted!
