I like Psychology, Philosophy and the like. (Live in FL)

I only have a 3.76W GPA and 2070SAT (so far, 580R740M750W) I have varsity lax and other ECs along with community service and good recs.

Where do you think would be a good fit for me? I'm really not sure about size, but I'm pretty sure I want to be in the west (not super far west), or south (not super deep south), and maybe even the far NE (Vermont, NE, ??).

I like sports and having fun, but I also like learning and being around intellectual people. I also like pretty girls and good college environments..

Help me out please!

New College of Florida

I really think I would like UCLA or Berkley, but I don’t think I have much chance in…

I was sort of think University of Colorado, but many consider that just an ok school.

Rice University.

If you think you would like UCLA or Berkeley why not just apply to them? The acceptance rate for UCLA out of state is similar to instate if not about a couple percents higher. USC could also fit the bill.

New College is too… I don’t know… Weird?

It’s also in my hometown, has the reputation that only weirdos/kids who are scared to leave home go there.

Rhodes in Memphis sounds like it could be a match for you.

Ya but what SAT IIs would i take for the UC schools ahh!!

But yeah Berkley and UCLA seem amazing, what are some schools similar but easier to get into??

That’s what i was thinking when i said University of Colorado…

Allegheny, DePauw, Gettysburg, Lawrence, Colby.

Wisconsin would be a good match. Excellent psychology and philosophy depts. Great town, sports, and social.

^^^^Ditto for Michigan.

hmmm Michigan seems kinda cold and bleh…

I’m talking West or South

You have been misinformed.

"hmmm Michigan seems kinda cold and bleh…

I’m talking West or South"

Well to be honest with your gpa scores you wouldn’t be a candidate for Michigan anyways.

alright good I wouldn’t want to go to Michigan anyway…

does anyone have a suggestions or two?
