It takes at most 5 minutes to match a phone number, or maybe just write a postit on a desk, saying, if this phone number shows up on an application, reject immediately. </p>
<p>I realize the posts here, as I’ve said many times, suggest neuroticism, which is why it’s important no one links it with my application. It needs to be perfect, not contaminated with information that’s not even asked for.</p>

you are the only one linking missing essays, phone calls and this thread. No in admissions is, no one reading this thread believes anyone is linking all of this or taking the time to write post its about phone calls or cc.</p>
<p>just to clarify, even if you are the only one who is linking all of this that doesn’t mean the admissions office will diagnose you as neurotic based on a phone call and reject you. You won’t be rejected because of phone calls, a cc thread, lost essays etc. Carelessness isn’t cause for rejection. Neither are random thoughts on a thread nor inquiring phone calls. Do stop all of this though, not due to rejection concerns, but because there is no point in you expending energy on these needless worries.</p>
