I love math Im good at math and want to double major in finance/math.

problem is I have to take some remedial courses
I plan on taking a math course every semester in community college before i transfer.

starting with:
intermediate algebra
Then college algebra
pre calc
calc 1
calc2 and if theres enough space amoung credits calc 3.

should I take trig after college algebra?

also i like statistics so should a take the intro class to that? or just wait until im at the uni?
also should i take calc for business or would taking calc 2 make up for that?

bump///////////////

Depending on your school, trig should be part of Pre-calc.

Don’t take Calc for Business. It is watered down calc. Real Calc is much better.

when i transfer will the unversity look at/count remedial courses? I just started and already had 2 quizzes in math and have a total 3/6 i already feel clouded with all the information its just not clicking…
