I applied to Baruch College's business program for the Spring 2012 semester along with other universities as well. The date for which I had to respond back to Baruch was October 28th, however, I was not willing to commit to that school without hearing back from the others that I had applied to as well - the problem was, those schools do not notify me until December, almost a full 2 months after I would have to respond back to Baruch. Baruch called me and wanted me leave them a message of a yes or no - this was around the first week of November. I left a message, kinda shady sounding, and that was it. About a week later I received a letter in the mail about the CUNY Assessment Test that I had to take for Baruch on December 1st. I was confused because this letter implied that I had accepted the admissions to the school.

Fast forward to today. I realized that I made a foolish error in not requesting an extension in date for me to notify the school (although I do not think they would have extended it 2 months for). Today is STILL before the December 1st examination date. I e-mailed them today and explained my situation. Do you guys think there is a possibility that they can accommodate me?
