So i really don't know what i want to major in, (engineering, business, psychology), and my parents tell me to put one of them so im atleast in something, but i was thinking what if i put undeclared? Is it hard to get into one of those 3 fields i mentioned if i put undecided and then try to switch? I dont know what to do can one of you guys that go to ucsb help me?
Plz help me guys, i wanna submit my application.

It’s really hard to switch in to mechanical and chemical engineering, so if you want to major in one of those, make sure you apply for that major. I’m not sure about other majors within engineering or business or psychology.

You should place engineering as your first choice major, and whatever of the other two as second since eng is harder to get into. If you’re rejected, then you’ll be accepted as the second choice if you have the merit
