Hey Guys,
So I'm a junior right now and I need help choosing what classes to take next year. So I have a weighted GPA of 4.48 and an unweighted GPA of 3.93. I've also been on the Junior Varsity Tennis Team freshman and sophomore year and Varsity this year. I'm ranked #2 in my class. What I'm having a difficulty in is deciding whether I should take 6 AP classes next year (I'm taking 5 right now) and dont do tennis or take 5 AP classes and take tennis. What do you guys think will look better for colleges?

Tennis + 5 APs looks much better.

thanks any other opinions?

Go with tennis, if you like it.

Tennis + 5 APs, no doubt.

Hmm okay, well these were the 6 APs I was planning on taking if I didn’t take tennis: AP Lit, AP Econ/Gov, AP Calc BC, AP Stats, AP Bio, and AP Psych. Which one should I drop if I take tennis?

Drop AP Psychology or AP Stats if you continue with tennis, since those are usually considered to be “fluffy” AP courses. Of course, it will depend on your own school to determine the actual course difficulty, but those two courses usually aren’t too bad.
