Hey everyone,

Im a paranoid American applicant. So yeah, I didnt exactly work very hard in school freshman year but I turned around sophomore year and raised my GPA quite a bit.

Right now, Id guess that I stand at around 3.6/4.0 (un-weighted)

Im applying for Journalism, bare in mind.

Extracurriculars:

-Editor of the school newspaper
-President of art club
-SADD member
-Community Aids Initiative member
-French club member
-Bowling club member
-Class congress member
-Service Club member
-Childrens Hospital Volunteer

Ive worked, attended a leadership convention, and received a few awards too.

My SAT scores are undoubtedly my downfall. Ive never been an exceptional standardized test taker and my scores are testament.

My verbal/math score comes out to about 1200 but Im proud of my writing score: 720

With all that said, what do you think my chances are? Im incredibly nervous and could use a bit of honesty at this point. Thanks!
