I was going back over my application, and I realized some parts needed to be clarified. Hower, I cannot go back and edit my application.

Is there any way I can still submit this clarification?

I was going back over my application, and I realized some parts needed to be clarified. Hower, I cannot go back and edit my application.

Is there any way I can still submit this clarification?

hmm what clarification did you have in mind?

If it was information wise (like DOB, name, address, GPA, classes, etc.) then I would think so. just email admissions@mit.edu and tell them your issue.

Other subjective things like essays are pretty fixed after you sent it. But go ahead and email admissions@mit.edu with those kind of MIT clarifications too?

Thank you!

It is information clarifications, something that I didn’t see when I was editing the application before sending it in.

If you send an email with clarifications, it must be printed off and added to your folder. If there’s something you really need to add, it would be less work for the admissions office (and would tap into an already-existing system for sorting mail) if you mailed it in via snail mail.

So just mail a letter with my name and DOB to the admissions office? Or do I need to add something else?

Any information that would uniquely identify you would work. Name and DOB will generally do that.
