<p>Ok, prom is approaching and I've been "asked out" by four guys in my fifth period class. Every twenty minutes one of them insists on me going w/ them to prom or asks me why I don't want to go to prom w/ them. I really don't want to go w/ any of them cuz I just see them as friends. So my question is how do I tell them that I don't want to go to prom w/ them in a way that won't hurt their feelings. I have been ignoring the situation that when they bring up the prom issue I change the topic. And Since prom is approaching, it is becoming harder to avoid this situation.</p>
<p>My friend did that to me, so my advice is ur going to hurt them anyway you do it.</p>
<p>Just tell them the truth, that you only see them as friends, that way they have more time to find another date.</p>
<p>And congratulations, four guys in one class, wow. That's really something.</p>

<p>lol....almost everyone goes with friends except those with gfs/bfs are u just planning on not going to prom? lol. that sucks. u dont want to be left dateless a week before prom that would suck</p>
<p>yeah, shrek has a point, if u have a bf, then your friends should know ur going with him, if you dont have a bf, yeah, ur probly gonna go with a friend. Is there some guy you have a crush on that you're holding out for? Before u turn down all of your friends, i'd make sure that, if this dream guy exists, he's even considering asking you to the prom.</p>
<p>I recommend going with a friend or a bf/gf to prom and NOT going with a crush, if it doesn't work out, which about half of first dates don't, it's a waste of a prom.</p>
