<p>Well I ordered mine over a month ago and still didn't get it. But just go to Kinkos and print it or whatnot...it'll cost less than 5 dollars.</p>
<p>Is Florida near Katrina? Is Katrina between Florida and NY? Because I sent a money order last Monday [August 29, 2005] and Mike keeps saying he has not received it yet. I don't know what the problem is. Is there a possibility that my mail has been lost?</p>
<p>I'm in the same situation. I doubt mike is gonna do it anyways. He probably gave us CC'ers the offer just as a short term marketing plan, so its out of luck for us new buyers.</p>
