I plan on going to a Pre Med College. But confused.

I am currently a junior in high school, I've pretty much set my site on one college where I really want to go which is VCU. If I don't get into VCU, then I'd be upset but I'd plan to go to a CC and transfer to VCU. What my question is, is since I'd be doing 2 years in CC is it good to go to transfer to a somewhat easier University for Pre-Med and finish my 2 years there and apply for Med school? or Stick with VCU?

Med schools see lots of people who went the CC -> 4-year college route, because they know med school costs a lot and they want to get as little debt from undergrad as possible.

If I were to go to a CC would it be better to transfer to a somewhat easy university to complete my other 2 years? Then apply to apply to Med school? or should I just transfer to VCU after wards?

Is the somewhat easy U a school that would cost less to attend than VCU? Or VCU is less expensive to attend?

VCU Virgnia Common Wealth, the Other U is GMU George Mason University, They offer Pre-Med but I feel that would be easier, The college I want to go to for Med School is VCU, and I just feel if I go to to CC then GMU it’ll be much easier to keep a higher GPA then transferring to VCU after CC. I don’t know if Med school will look down on that or even know what’s up.
