Chances at a Good Med School -Please Respond-

I am currently a Junior in high school and I really want to study to be a Doctor specifically (Pediatrician). I plan on applying to UVA or VCU top Med schools in VA and they both have good med programs. I'm leaning more onto VCU because, I've heard a lot more of good news from that university. If I don't get into VCU then I plan to go to CC and transferring to UVA and VCU. What my question is, if I should transfer to an easier university after I complete the 2 years in CC in VA and just finish my last 2 years at the easier university. So here's what it would look like:
2 Years in CC ~ Transfer ~ George Mason University (2 Years) ~Apply To Med School (UVA or VCU) To narrow it down what I'm saying is if I should just go to the pre med program at GMU which everyone says it's easier or should I just transfer to VCU or UVA which might be harder. (I am willing to do whichever) But if GMU is easier with a pre med program it'll keep my GPA good than there's a bigger chance I might get into UVA or VCU for Med
