I received a wired email from MSU admission office

I have not been admitted to MSU yet, but they sent me an email:

You recently submitted a transcript to Michigan State University requesting transfer credit for courses taken at Western Michigan University (MI, US - Semesters). The following course has not been evaluated by the faculty at Michigan State University because additional information is required from you before that evaluation can take place:

BUS 2700

Please provide a course syllabus which includes a course description in order to assist the MSU faculty in their evaluation. A course description usually contains one or more paragraphs with a brief description of the course content; a course syllabus lists more detailed information on specific course modules (often week-by-week), texts and other reference materials used in the course, and tests or projects required to complete the course.

If no additional information is provided, you will receive no credit for this course. Providing this information does not guarantee that the course will transfer to MSU, only that the faculty will review it for a possible course equivalency.

That is not a weird email, that’s standard procedure for obtaining transfer credit…are you saying that you didn’t apply for transfer credit?

i applied for transfer, does that mean i’m in ?

^It must? I’d just talk to the Admissions office and ask.
