I recommend community college to anyone

if you think you can better yourself at a 2-year school, I highly recommend it. I graduated HS with a 2.3 GPA, worked my ass off, and now am going to USC next year!

It is possible to change yourself! Work hard and fight on!

I completely agree with rhandler! I’ve just completed two years at a community college (had the best educational experience of my ENTIRE LIFE, thus far), and will be attending Brown in the fall.

Don’t forget the boatloads of money you save for those 2 years… i’m not goin the CC route, but both my sister and stepbrother did and it seems to be pretty underrated, especially with the stereotypical “idiots that can’t get into a real college go to CC” nonsense I hear every so often…

I certainly does seem to be a good route to take but keep in mind the students that end up transferring are usually students who are very motivated and/or could have gotten into a decent college right out of hs. Terrific for saving money. If I hadn’t gotten a decent scholarship at my state univ out of hs, it wouldve been CC for me.
