Hi, I received a letter today saying that they have yet to receive my SAT scores. However, I sent them on November 1st and it still says so on Collegeboard.com.

What should I do now? Because I sent it back in November, it SHOULD'VE arrived by now. However, I'm guessing they lost it? Should I email the admission officer? Or should I call the Office of Undergrad Admissions? Or should I just send the score again? Do you think I should still email my admission officer to tell them that I did in fact send my scores in, but I think they didn't receive it so they do not think I am irresponsible?

I suggest sending your scores again and calling the admission office. Call to let them know you are on top of things. Emails are passive, there is no way to know they have read it. Calling is active, it lets them know you care. Don't worry about annoying them, as most students do.

Let them know that you received their letter, and have asked College Board to send your scores again. Don't worry about being seen as irresponsible. Admission offices are messy, and things get lost. They know that. By saying "I asked College Board to send the scores again," you implicitly show you are on top of things, without pointing blame at anyone. That's a plus, it shows character.

Also, since there was a mistake with this college, I suggest checking to see if your scores have been successfully received by the other colleges to which you are applying.
