<p>I guess it would depend on two things:</p>
<p>-How many credits this particular Mathematics course is worth
-How many credits your other courses are worth and how you think you’ll do in them.</p>
<p>With that, you can calculate your GPA and determine how bad you think your transcript will look with that one C.</p>
<p>With a GPA of 3.34, a C will bring it down, but I don’t think you’ll have a sub-3.0 GPA. In any case, as long as you don’t have a sub-3.0, you should be ‘alright’.</p>
<p>Use a GPA calculator to figure it out. If you’ve only got a few credit hours and the algebra class is 4 credits or so, the hit can be bad but with only a few credit hours it can be easier to bring up as opposed to having 60+.
Usually, a C isn’t that bad but sometimes it can depend on the class.</p>
