I took the APWH exam on the 17th, as many other people have., and well I feel like I did pretty good on the MC, DBQ , and the CCOT, but don’t feel so great about the Compare and contrast. I am sure I got a 4 and possibly a 5 depending on my essay scores, but I am kinda afraid I filled out the some things on the test wrong. For the MC answer sheet on the form number it said something like form O and 4IBP. For the form number I put 4IBP( or something like that. Was I supposed to put form O? Should I be worried about my test being incorreclty graded or invalid? Also for the essay I wasn’t sure how to label them so for example for the first Question(DBQ) I put Question 1, Part A , DBQ on each page. Will that be a problem or should I not worry about it? I’m just a little worried because I feel confident I passed and would hate to find out that I screwed up on filling out my form. It would just really suck. Anybody who has information about this or prior exam experience please tell me if I should be worried or if I am alright.

You did it correctly, but about the 4IBP part, I think a number follows the 4IBP.

Well I’m not exactly sure what I put, but I just know I didn’t put O. I am sure that if there was a number following 4IBP that I put it, but thanks for the ressaurement I was a little worried.

Yeah the box next to the 4IBP part is where you put the O, but I wouldn’t worry about anything like that. College Board surely has dealt with this and actually important mistakes. Plus, a lot of the information we fill out double checks the other in case of incorrect input.

I specifically asked the proctors if we fill in the large font number (I had 93) under the “O” and “4IBP,” they said no, do not copy that larger two digit number below the other two lines.

All the form information is also in the little sticker you took off the booklet. The written part was just as a backup.
