<p>I turned it in 7:00 Pacific time last night, and it said it was submitted 12/1/12. But now it says "downloaded 12/2/12". What does this mean? Is it ok?</p>

<p>It means USC downloaded your app on 12/2. If the system says that you submitted it on 12/1, then you’re fine.</p>
